Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche: Triple Excellence Teaching and Green Tara Empowerment

The wisdom Goddess Tara teachings, known as the Triple Excellence, reveal the entire Buddhist path.  Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche will teach on the Triple Excellence and also grant the empowerment of Green Tara.

Accessible as well as profound, the Triple Excellence is suited for both beginners and seasoned practitioners of Tibetan Buddhism. These instructions were first granted to the great Tibetan master Chokgyur Lingpa, and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche received them from H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and his father Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche.

Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche is the oldest son of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. He is the abbot of one of the largest monasteries in Nepal and is responsible for over 400 monks and nuns. Rinpoche’s visit is sponsored by Shedrub Development Fund, www.shedrubfund.org

Rinpoche’s teachings in 2012 will focus on the Dzogchen view, which is the Tibetan contemplative path that reveals our true nature within present experience.
