Susan E. Chapman currently serves as Global Head of Operations for Citi Realty Services (CRS). In her role, she oversees CRS operations including strategy, global relationship management, mergers and acquisitions, retail branch development/expansion coordination, real estate administration, program management, lease administration and MIS. Ms. Chapman also manages the global projects team, where she co-leads the environmental, green and procurement strategies for the real estate organization at Citi. In addition to her professional assignments, Ms. Chapman has spent a significant amount of time volunteering with non-profit community development organizations across the United States.
