Wednesday morning meditation

The Garrison Institute hosts a weekly sitting meditation for both Garrison staff and the public. These are held on most Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:15 am. Please meet in the lobby where a person will direct you to the location of meditation, or a sign will direct you, if you are late. The meditation sessions are led by Garrison staff and feature an inspirational reading and at 9:15 tea and reflections on the reading. Meditation instruction can be scheduled at this time as well.
