Attention, all locavores and foodies: we invite you to join us for “Eating Here: A Very Local Earth Day Meal,” Thursday, April 19, 7pm at the Garrison Institute. All ingredients are grown within 60 miles, except salt and coffee beans.  Guy Jones, farmer and forager, will tell stories about farming in the Hudson Valley. The meal is sponsored by Fresh Company, Blooming Hill Farm, The Earth Dinner, The Valley Table and Garrison Institute. $36 for great food and great company.
