Downtown Meditation: Three-Day Insight Meditation Retreat

This retreat is held in the traditional silent retreat form, allowing participants to experience stillness and insight in a supportive environment. The retreat includes sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, and interviews. This three-day retreat offers a precious opportunity for a deepening of inner silence and clear seeing.
The retreat begins in the evening on Friday, July 19 and ends in the afternoon on Monday, July 22, 2019. Participants are expected to attend the entire retreat. Retreatants must have previous experience in insight meditation.
Peter Doobinin lives in Berlin where he teaches meditation and writes. He is the founder of Downtown Meditation. He is a co-founder of New York Insight Meditation Center. He has taught meditation and mindfulness skills for more than twenty years. He is the author of The Skill of Living.
