In the Buddhist wisdom tradition, it is taught that one can cultivate extraordinary power by focusing directly on the development of concentration. It is also taught that the four Buddhist forms of love, (aka the brahamaviharas) can be used to cultivate concentration power. On this silent meditation retreat we will be learning how to tap into, and trust the greatest power of all – that of an open heart.
