Climate change, income inequality, the mental health epidemic, political polarization and AI are challenging the foundations of the societies that businesses operate in.
In response, firms, impact investors, social entrepreneurs, and family offices around the world are innovating new business and finance solutions to these issues, while progressive politicians, communities, and ordinary people are also experimenting with new approaches.
Meanwhile, many business school professors are incorporating a wide range of forms of inner or spiritual development into their teaching, with the aim of helping students broaden their worldviews, deepen their understanding of the systems they are part of, and develop the capacity to contribute to meaningful change through their future work in business.
Please join us for a convening of the growing community of business school faculty, deans, and thought leaders to explore how including inner development curricula, coupled with a focus on systemic change, can contribute to students’ ability to lead meaningful change.
We welcome suggestions of other potential invitees to consider. Please send invitee recommendations and questions to lily@garrisoninstitute.org.
