Josh Korda and Heather Sundberg: The Outer Reaches of Insight
Limited number of scholarships available for healthcare workers and educators from the Angell Foundation.
Spend the week exploring and experiencing some of the oldest and most esoteric Theravadan Buddhist practices that rewire the brain towards happiness and liberation. From the non-dual mindfulness of Atammayata, the wisdom release of Mahasati, to the mystical journey of Sunyata (emptiness), we will present techniques that allow the neuroplastic brain to release itself from the limiting self-centered circuits, presenting participants with a tour of the mind’s boundless capabilities.
It’s recommended that participants have either previous retreat or daylong meditation experience.
