Live with Loch Kelly | Effortless Mindfulness: Tools to Access Essential Support
The Garrison Institute presents a live, interactive webinar with Loch Kelly.
Loch Kelly will lead us in a live, interactive webinar to share ways to shift out of our chattering mind and into the compassionate support of our heart mind. Join us in this supportive retreat-at-home as we find the open-hearted connection to learn and heal through a shared practice of effortless mindfulness.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is author of the award-winning book, The Way of Effortless Mindfulness. He is a licensed psychotherapist and recognized leader in the field of meditation and awakening. He is the founder of the non-profit, Open-Hearted Awareness Institute and has worked in community mental health, established homeless shelters and counseled family members of 9/11. Loch graduated from Columbia University and received a fellowship to study in Sri Lanka and Nepal where he studied with Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. Loch collaborates with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU in the study of how awareness training can enhance compassion and wellbeing. www.effortlessmindfulness.org

Registration for this live webinar closes at 2pm EST on April 14. Please note that participation in the live webinar on Zoom is limited to the first 1,000 attendees. We will also be live-streaming this program on our Youtube.
