New York Meditation Center Retreat

The weekend centers on the process of ’rounding’. Rounding involves a simple sequence of yoga positions, or Asanas, that are easy to learn and can be practiced by anyone, followed by a specific breathing technique called Pranayama. When this combination is added to your meditation the result is an ‘industrial-strength’ program designed to enhance the restfulness of meditation and to release the deepest stresses.

This retreat is open to anyone who has learned Vedic Meditation or TM. An incredible weekend lead by internationally renowned Vedic Meditation teacher Michael Miller, founder of London Meditation Centre and New York Meditation Center. Michael leads retreats across the world, including India, the US and the UK, and has taught thousands of people to meditate. On this weekend Michael will dive deeply into Vedic knowledge, and instruct you in a powerful technique called Rounding. Over the weekend you’ll release deep rooted stresses, gain profound rest, and experience the benefits of the equivalent of 3-6 months of regular meditation.
