Open Gate Sangha: 5-Night Silent Retreat with Mukti

This retreat is an opportunity to share a common intention to discover the truth of what is.

To support this intention, all retreats are held in deep silence, except for the time together in sessions with Mukti where there will be opportunities to ask questions.

In addition to the group sessions, the daily schedule includes several periods of meditation, some guided, and a period of Qi Gong led by Mukti.

*All Participants need to register with Open Gate Sangha before reserving housing. Click here to register for the program, then reserve your accommodations via this registration page. There is no commuter option for this event.*

?The sessions and meditations are suited to penetrating the heartfelt questions and create a synergistic combination for self remembrance.

Mukti, whose name means liberation, has been an associate teacher at Open Gate Sangha since 2004 and a student of her husband, Adyashanti, since 1996 when they together formed the organization. Previously raised in the Catholic tradition and the teachings of Parmahansa Yogananda, she also holds a Masters in Chinese Medicine and is a licensed acupuncturist and certified hatha yoga teacher. Mukti brings flavors of feminine nurturing and quiet power as well as kinesthetic, visual and precise pointers to the truth.
