Phebe Khalil: Yoga Dosha: Reset and Revive Yoga and Meditation Retreat
A chance to reset and revitalize, mentally, physically, and spiritually at the Garrison Institute, a tranquil and sacred-feeling facility surrounded by lush grounds full of beautiful hiking trails. We will utilize this time of transition between Summer and Fall to ground and re-connect. We will utilize yoga and meditation as a tool to create simple habits designed to help you bring a sense of zen into your daily routine.
Phebe Khalil is equally an artist and yogi. She has been practicing different forms of yoga since 2007. During her time in San Francisco she studied under various teachers, mainly engaging in Vinyasa and Iyengar.
She finds the philosophy of yoga and the asanas (postures) to be a remarkable tool for creativity and a way to connect and lighten up every day life! Certified in vinyasa yoga through a yoga registered alliance school, Joschi body bodega in New York City, her classes are structured for many levels, flowing through the postures using breath as a tool for calming, strength, and concentration.
Above all, she believes each student is their own teacher, promoting personal awareness, intention, and acceptance.
