Self-Realization Fellowship: Silent Regional Retreat
SRF’S Regional Weekend Retreat is a silent retreat conducted by its monastics and includes classes on Paramahansa Yogananda’s teaching, group meditations, kirtan, and inspirational talks.
Garrison Institute is a beautifully renovated former Capuchin monastery located on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River surrounded by forest and fields. The serene ambience of the Institute, its picturesque surroundings and the various trails, ponds, meadows, and scenic
overlooks on its grounds are conducive to deep meditation and silent spiritual retreat.
