Sharing Notes and Exploring Future Directions
This is an invitation only gathering of faculty from across the US who are researching and teaching at the intersection of inner work and systemic change.
Many US business schools give lip service to the idea of values based leadership and to the importance of thinking strategically and systematically, but in practice tend to push courses in in these subjects to the margins.
Our hope is to begin to build community amongst those who are doing this work – sharing ideas, papers and curricula, and exploring ways in which we could support each other in making this material more central to the mission of the institutions where we work.
