Virtual Retreat: Compassionate Leadership-Jacqueline Carter & Rasmus Hougaard of Potential Project

Leadership is not easy. It often requires doing difficult things like making unpopular decisions or giving tough feedback. To lead effectively, especially in these challenging times, we need to be able to find the courage to lead ourselves and others with wisdom and compassion. In this retreat, we will explore how to bring more wise compassion into our leadership.

This session will be highly experiential and include immersive mind training exercises, reflective activities, and small group discussions. Although this session is open to anyone, it is specifically designed for people in leadership roles that are looking to enhance their ability to do hard things in a more human way and are interested in connecting with others in similar positions.

This virtual retreat will be conducted through Zoom on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET. The virtual retreat link will be emailed to participants within twenty-four hours of your registration. Registration closes at 9:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, February 27, 2021. Please email us at events@garrisoninstitute.org with questions.
