Webinar: Live with Gayla and Aaron Stiles: THRIVE: ~ Practices for Transforming Stress into Vitality
The Garrison Institute presents a live, interactive webinar with Gayla Stiles and Aaron Stiles.
Finding ways to move from a place of resilience and balance are essential tools in navigating the uncertainty before us, between us, and within us. For many this may manifest as physical, emotional, or social challenges that live in our bodies and charge our living environments. While we are learning to face ourselves and support our loved ones in very intimate ways, we may discover these times are as testing as they are rewarding.
THRIVE: For One & All is a mindful movement & massage practice to help us reconnect to our most skilled selves. It is rooted in the Taoist teachings of Mantak Chia and Chinese Medicine. Our hope is to share practices that soothe the nervous system, support immune function, and promote sleep so that we can better access our innate resilience and respond from a place of abundance and grace. The gentle supportive exercises and forms of compassionate touch are applicable for all ages and experiences with opportunities to explore a family friendly, joint and/or solo practice.
