Wednesday morning meditation

The Garrison Institute hosts a weekly sitting meditation for both Garrison staff and the public. These are held on most Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:15 am. Please meet in the lobby where a person will direct you to the location of meditation, or a sign will direct you, if you are late. The meditation sessions are led by Garrison staff and feature an inspirational reading and at 9:15 tea and reflections on the reading. Meditation instruction can be scheduled at this time as well. Both those with experience as well as beginners are most welcome. To get on our Eblast updates on meditation or for inquiries, contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
