Led by Mindfulness Teachers Jane and Derek Kolleeny
This retreat will focus on the practice of meditation, appealing to new meditators, those with a developed practice, and those simply seeking renewal in the serenity of a contemplative environment. The progression will be from the beginning to more advanced aspects of meditation including becoming friends with ourselves, skillfully working with distraction, dullness and emotions, and developing insight into self-limiting habitual patterns.
The program will consist of sitting and walking meditation, talks and guided meditations, group discussion. During breaks, one can walk our labyrinth and trails, or simply enjoy the contemplative setting.
