    CARE for Teachers Summer 2013 Participants 

A new peer-reviewed study, published in School Psychology Quarterly shows that the Garrison Institute’s contemplative-based CARE for Teachers training program is effective at improving teachers’ well-being and ability to cope with stress, empowering them to improve classroom climate, and potentially, student outcomes.  Such findings could have important implications for education policy and school reform.
