Brian Gallagher brings a collaborative, team-centered, and inquiry-based approach to Interim Executive Director roles, including Essex County (MA) Habitat for Humanity; Boston Neighborhood Support in Boston, MA; The Caleb Group (affordable housing) in Lynn, MA; and Aquidneck Land Trust in Middletown, RI. From 2014-2022, he served as the CEO of Reach Out and Read, a national organization that promotes literacy through pediatric care.

Brian has a MPA from Suffolk University and a BA from Hamilton College, and a certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School. He teaches courses in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Change for Suffolk University’s Certificate in Nonprofit Human Services Management program.
