A Weekly Meditation Space for Everyone
As part of our commitment to make contemplative practice more accessible, the Garrison Institute offers a weekly virtual sit.
Weekly Meditation Circle (Online, Wednesdays, 8:30 – 9:45am ET): This is an unguided 45 minute meditation with a short reading, followed by an open discussion for 30 minutes. Meditation instruction is also available upon request. Both those with an established practice and beginners are most welcome.
