Sound & Somatics: Be In Resonance & Listen To The Body

A HALF-DAY RETREAT EXPERIENCE

You are invited to join us for this in-person, half-day retreat of sound, embodiment, and rest.

Through somatic practice, connection with the land, and an immersive sound bath experience, musician Orlando Villarraga and somatic practitioner Maria Tan create space for grounding, recalibration, and inner listening.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, settle into ourselves, and attune to what emerges when we allow ourselves to listen to the language of the body.

RETREAT FLOW

Our time together will be slow and restorative, featuring somatic practices, sound healing, and opportunities to connect and share. Here is a general overview of the day:

– Welcome: Introduction, intentions for the day, and orientation to the land
– Guided meditation: Grounding and connecting to nature
– Ambient restful reflection: Journaling and optional ear acupressure
– 1-hour Sound Bath Immersive Experience: Orlando combines ambient sounds with live innato flute
– Integration: Somatic practices to integrate a full sense of presence
– Closing circle: Returning to nature and sharing reflections
