Toko Kyudojo provides a First Shot instruction program designed for beginners to learn foundational Kyudo techniques.

Kyudo, Japanese Archery, is a powerful form of moving meditation. Kyudo unites archery, contemplative practice, and a flavor of traditional Japanese arts.

Students will learn the basic form called the Seven Coordinations, how to align the body, and properly release the arrow.

Please join us for a one-day workshop to learn the fundamentals of this unique practice.
