The Garrison Institute offers several ongoing programs as part of our commitment to the local community, and in order to make contemplative practice and our space accessible.


Weekly Meditation Circle (Online, Wednesday from 8:30-9:15am ET): In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved our weekly Wednesday morning meditation online. The format includes mindfulness meditation and a reading followed by a brief discussion. Meditation instruction is also available upon request.
