Bart Harvey concludes his discussion of green, affordable building by describing the present and projected future state of Enterprise. Harvey stresses the importance of planning in reducing the cost of green building. He highlights the fact that green building should not only have implications in terms of energy use, but also in terms of occupant health, transportation requirements, community, and other factors.
