How do we create operational savings and improve efficiency in existing buildings? In this workshop, we will explore science-based processes to engage diverse stakeholders and building occupants from many building types. Using a model we call Integrated Sustainability Management, participants will outline the opportunities and barriers in buildings with which they work. We will discuss how strategies for building social relationships and fostering information sharing are the solution to identifying opportunities and overcoming barriers to conservation.
