Inner Transformation for Social Impact Leaders

A 5-week program to re-inspire your leadership for change


If you’re engaged in social impact work, you know how hectic your day can be and how cluttered your mind can get. You know how committed you are to creating or contributing to solutions for the planet, the environment, and all the beings that inhabit it. These big aspirations motivate your hard work.

But you can’t serve well from an empty well.

This 5-week program invites you into an exciting exploration of inner development practices through different angles and methods.

Eight renowned speakers will answer your questions live and pique your interest in the varied ways that you can engage in inner transformation. Additionally, you will receive research-backed micro practices to support the creation of new habits, five minutes at a time.

What you’ll gain

Each module contains an introduction to the subject matter, including research supporting each practice, as well as short video demonstrations, reflection questions, a discussion forum, and an invitation to ask questions directly to the course guide.

You will receive a toolkit of research-based contemplative practices which promote inner transformation and physical and emotional well-being, leading to an increase in motivation, pro-sociality, and the ability to help others.

As part of the program, you’ll have access to:

  • Five live, 90-minute sessions, featuring expert guest speakers. (Sessions will be recorded and shared for repeat viewing.)
  • Interactive online platform: Providing additional resources, recorded sessions, and community discussion board.
  • Emails containing simple and effective micro-practices.
  • Discussion buddy for peer:peer learning.
